84winph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 84winph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 84winph website and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, e-sabong, and any promotional features available at 84winph.vip.

By creating an account on 84winph, clicking any "Accept," "Register," or "Sign In" button, or by accessing or using any portion of the 84winph platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility

Access to 84winph and participation in any gambling activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines, individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from participating in any form of gambling on 84winph. 84winph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing 84winph and placing wagers is legal under the laws applicable to your location. 84winph does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are not acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a contract.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from 84winph or any other gambling platform through a formal exclusion agreement, PAGCOR self-exclusion program, or court order. Attempting to access 84winph while under a self-exclusion agreement constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 84winph. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 84winph services, you are required to register an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to promptly update such information should it change. 84winph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 84winph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 84winph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 84winph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

84winph is required under applicable regulatory frameworks to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by 84winph as part of the KYC verification process. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 84winph may result in account suspension.

84winph accepts deposits via the following payment methods currently available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso), unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.

All funds deposited into your 84winph wallet must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 84winph strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered 84winph account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

84winph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of 84winph's control. Currency conversion fees may apply for deposits made in a currency other than Philippine Peso (PHP).

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from 84winph are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawals typically require government-issued ID submission and may take up to 24 hours to approve.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 84winph account holder.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for amounts under ₱50,000, subject to network availability and 84winph's fraud prevention reviews.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) business day.
• 84winph reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with applicable AML regulations.
• Bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they become withdrawable as real-money balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

84winph offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers on 84winph are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 15× (fifteen times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for use on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates vary by game type and are published on the relevant promotion page.
• A maximum bet restriction of ₱500 per round applies while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated as stackable. 84winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in permanent account termination.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses credited to a 84winph account expire within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus balances and any associated pending wagering will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 84winph and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or false documentation.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with the 84winph platform in an automated manner not intended by 84winph's design.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided. Players who identify bugs are encouraged to report them to 84winph support.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines), as amended.
• Attempting to access 84winph while under a self-exclusion agreement or while underage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 84winph staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

8. Responsible Gaming

84winph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help users maintain control of their gambling activity at all times.

8.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all 84winph account holders at no cost, effective immediately upon activation through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your gambling expenditure.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic alerts and session termination after a defined play duration.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 84winph. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 84winph platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of 84winph or its licensed providers (including JILI Games and other third-party game studios) and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use 84winph's content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 84winph content without prior written authorization from 84winph.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 84winph, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the 84winph platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or account information that result from technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed through links on the 84winph platform.

84winph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 84winph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

84winph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• PAGCOR or law enforcement directive;
• Any conduct that 84winph, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the platform, other users, or its operators.

Upon termination for cause, 84winph may void any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances that were not obtained through fraudulent means may be returned to the registered payment method following KYC clearance, at 84winph's discretion.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 84winph, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For regulatory matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may apply as required by applicable licensing conditions.

13. Amendments to These Terms

84winph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or SMS notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 84winph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the platform prior to the effective date of the changes.
